Due to freezing temperatures today and overnight not allowing travel on roads to improve, Valley Mills ISD will be closed Friday, February 4th. We hope all of our stakeholders continue to stay warm and be safe. We’ll see everyone on Monday!

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for this evening through tomorrow afternoon. With safety being the primary concern for our students, staff and families, Valley Mills ISD will be closed Thursday, February 3rd. It is our hope that this advanced notice will allow our stakeholders to prepare and make plans for the possible inclement weather. VMISD will continue to monitor the current weather situation and predicted forecast, and will communicate expectations for Friday, February 4th as soon as possible. Stay safe, Eagles!
